TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. We will compulsorily share few pictures from the photo session on our social media, in case you don't want us to upload the pictures you can purchase privacy policy which is 25% of your package
  2. Unedited pictures are not a part of the package (in case you want to buy them it will be 10,000INR extra)
  3. All the sessions happen at my studio (in case you want it at your location it will be 10,000INR extra)
  4. Any extra images to be edited apart from the number of pictures included in the package costs INR 700 extra for each edited picture (10+ pics 500 per pic) 
  5. You need to pay 50% of the package cost as the booking amount to confirm a slot and this is non-refundable (unless session is cancelled from our end)
  6. Please note that cake will not be provided for cake smash from our end, if required additional charges will have to be paid depending on the design
  7. Remaining amount to be paid on the day of the shoot
  8. There is no compromise on the package cost as we do not compromise on the quality of props used and the quality of pictures delivered
  9. It may take up to 3-4 weeks to deliver the edited images depending on the package (we cannot edit 1 or 2 images for you to upload before the given time)     
  10. The number of accompanying people has to be limited to baby, mother, father, siblings (if included in the shoot) and one non inclusive extra person for baby-sitting support
  11. It is important for you to accept to be charged in case of any modification or extra work that falls outside of the remit of our agreed session 
  12. All the edited pictures will be delivered with happy tots logo on it, in case you don't want the logo you can purchase the pictures without logo by paying 25% of your Package
